A General Notice

  • These terms and conditions, together with all brochures, documents, correspondence, and supplier terms (discussed ahead), explain the core principles of the contract with you.
  • These terms include disclaimers of liability, limits on available remedies, an arbitration clause, a class-action waiver, and venue-selection requirements.
  • By proceeding to use our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement.

B Eligibility

You state and authenticate that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, which is the legal age to form a contract.
  • You are legally allowed to act on behalf of all the travelers that you represent.
  • All information and details given by you or your group must be true and correct.

1 Booking

  • When making a booking, you must either pay the required deposit or make the full payment at the time of booking.
  • All the documents that you will submit, including the confirmation invoices and travel certificates, must be attentively reviewed, and any errors must be reported at the earliest.
  • Your booking will not be considered confirmed until we receive all required information and written or electronic confirmation of acceptance of these terms.
  • Upon confirmation, payment instructions and due dates will be sent to you by our side as part of your contract.

2 Payment and Price

  • You must make the full payment or at least pay the required deposit at the time of booking; the remaining balance must be paid by the stated due date.
  • Failure to make payment by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit or cancellation of the fare.
  • Any refused or missed payments will also be considered as a voluntary cancellation.

3 Accuracy of Information

  • We ensure that all information on our platform, including content, brochures, and advertisements, remains accurate.
  • You must verify the accuracy of all travel details when booking with us.
  • Travelers’ names must match the names on their government-issued photo ID.

4 Cancellation of Your Trip

  • Many services are offered by independent suppliers whose terms form a part of your contract. Each supplier’s cancellation policy will be disclosed to you at the time of booking the flights.
  • The airlines’ cancellation conditions will also apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • The cancellation request must be submitted via email with a read receipt. Refunds or credits, if permitted, are provided in accordance with the supplier policy.
  • Partially used tickets or reservations or those with 100% cancellation penalties are non-refundable.
  • If a supplier has altered the cancellation arrangements, we will assist you with alternatives.

5 Force Majeure

  • We bear no liability for any failures caused by events beyond our control or the supplier’s, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, etc.

6 Credit Card Payments, Authorization & Chargebacks

  • All the major credit cards are accepted at Faresleague, but a signed or electronic authorization is needed for each transaction.
  • By authorizing payments, you allow us to charge your credit card for requested arrangements, agree to all cancellation policies, and agree not to initiate improper chargebacks.
  • You agree to connect to us before disputing any charges, and we may dispute any improper chargebacks to recover associated costs.
  • You may not dispute any charges when fares are non-cancellable, dissatisfaction with the supplier, cancellation due to force majeure, or disagreement with policies.

7 Fitness to Travel and Medical Conditions

  • We must be informed of any medical condition a traveler is experiencing or any disability that may affect travel, with a valid medical certificate.
  • If the supplier cannot meet your requirements, we may refuse or cancel the flight bookings.
  • Some countries may also ask for your medical condition and might deny you entry if you fail to provide it. We bear no responsibility for such situations.

8 Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

  • You are liable to meet the conditions for passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements.
  • Many countries may demand passport validity of at least six months beyond the return date.
  • Airlines and authorities may deny you travel if your documentation is inadequate.
  • You also agree to reimburse us for any fines or costs resulting from your noncompliance.

9 Non-Responsibility Clause

  • Faresleague, its employees, shareholders, agents, and representatives engage independent third-party suppliers to arrange flights. We do not in any way manage, operate, supervise, or control them.
  • The status of suppliers, including tickets, receipts, coupons, and vouchers, is also subject to the terms and conditions imposed by each supplier; by accepting or proceeding with such documents and services, you authorize yourself to agree to those terms.
  • We bear no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, and you will be responsible for any negligence on your part.

10 Travel Advisories

  • You shall carefully review the government travel advisories before travel.
  • “Avoid travel” advisories may be issued in extraordinary circumstances.

11 Liability, Indemnity & Limitations

  • Our accountability is restricted to the amount paid for services which we directly provide.
  • We bear no responsibility for any:
    • Accidents, injuries, losses, or damage during travel.
    • Illness or pandemics.
    • Government advisories or border closures.
    • Supplier negligence.
    • Force majeure events.
    • Terrorism or crime.
    • Equipment failures.
  • You agree to indemnify us against losses we have incurred as a result of your actions, including improper chargebacks.
  • Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of your reservation, forfeiture of payments, and denial of access to travel services.

13 Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal information is acquired only for booking and service-related purposes.
  • Data may be shared with our travel services and suppliers.
  • We maintain necessary technical and organizational safeguards.

14 Cookies and Digital Tracking

  • Our website uses cookies and other tracking technologies.
  • California residents may opt out of certain tracking and advertising technologies.
  • You have the freedom to disable cookies in your browser.

15 Amendments to These Terms

  • We have the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without any further notice.
  • The changes will take effect immediately after the update and will apply to your contract.
